河北省雾霾波动变化特征及成因研究

中文摘要:雾霾是当前影响大气环境质量的重要时间,本文利用气象资料、土地利用资料等采用均生函数、小波理论等研究方法,对河北雾霾的波动特征及成因进行了研究,研究结果发现:(1)多年平均雾霾日数分布情况呈现出由西南往西北逐步递减的趋势,石家庄和邢台西部、邯郸北部雾霾日数最高,在30天以上.河北省1980—2013年雾霾天能见度各个季节的空间分布不同,秋冬雾霾较为严重,呈现出由西南向东北递减的趋势,夏季和秋季、冬季的趋势一致,由西南向东北呈由低值—高值的分布,春季则呈现由东南到西北呈现低值—高值的分布。 (2)近几十年来雾霾日数增加,增长斜率为0.453,特别是1981年以来,雾霾日持续高位,2001年后经历短暂有小幅下降后又快速回升,低能见度日并不随着雾霾日数增加的主要原因是因为雾日持续减少。(3)年际河北雾霾存在3个明显的特征时间尺度,分别为6年、9年和14年。其中6年基本贯穿整个时域,期间周期稳定,春、夏、冬三季均有三个明显的特征时间尺度,夏季雾霾基本和春季波动周期一致,但出现的时间段有差异,1975之前以9年周期为主,1975-2000年之间以14-15年的周期为主,2010之后以6年周期为主。冬季存分别为3-4年、8-9年和14年。其中3-4年的周期振荡基本贯穿整个研究时域,期间周期稳定,秋季雾霾存在2个明显的特征时间尺度,分别为5-6年、14年。(4)河北雾霾与GDP、人口增长、能源的消耗总量呈正比关系,而与机动车数量相关性不强。

The research of Hebei province haze fluctuation characteristics and genesis
Abstract:the haze is the impact of the current important time of atmospheric environmental quality, by using the meteorological data, land use data by using the mean generating function, the wavelet theory and other research methods, wave characteristics and genesis of Hebei haze were studied, the results showed: (1) multi annual average haze days distribution emerged from the southwest to the northwest gradually decreasing trend, Shijiazhuang and Western Xingtai, northern Handan haze days maximum, in 30 days or more. The distribution of Hebei province from 1980 to 2013 haze days visibility every season in different space, winter haze is more serious, showing a decreasing trend from southwest to northeast, summer and Autumn, winter trend, by the southwest to the northeast to a value distribution of high value low, spring is showing distribution of low value, high value from the southeast to the northwest.(2) in recent decades haze days increase, up a slope of 0.453, especially since 1981, the haze days continued high, after 2001, experienced a brief decline slightly after rising rapidly, not with the main causes of low visibility by haze days increased because of fog days continued to decrease. (3) the annual Hebei haze has 3 characteristic time scales are obvious, for 6 years, 9 years and 14 years. Among them 6 years basic throughout the time, during a period of stability, spring, summer, winter three season has three obvious characteristic time scales, and spring summer haze basic cycle time, but there are differences, 1975 to 9 years before the main period of 1975-2000 years, mainly in the period of 14-15 years, 2010 after a period of 6 years. Winter survival were 3-4 years, 8-9 years and 14 years. The periodic oscillation of 3-4 years of basic throughout the study period of time, stability, autumn haze has 2 characteristic time scales are obvious, for 5-6 years, 14 years. (4) Hebei haze and GDP, population growth, energy consumption is proportional to the number of motor vehicles, and the correlation is not strong. The adjustment of industrial structure, enhance the life style and the fuel structure is an effective way to alleviate the current Hebei haze.
