基于模糊逻辑的C波段双偏振天气雷达非降水回波识别方法及效果检验

中文摘要:雷达探测到的回波分为降水回波和非降水回波,其中非降水回波可能会对定量降水估测,雷达资料同化等数据应用产生负面影响。利用南京信息工程大学C波段双线偏振雷达系统(NUIST-CDP)的探测数据,提出了一种非降水回波识别方法,主要包含资料预处理,纹理计算,模糊逻辑和阈值法四个部分。该方法通过实测数据训练得到隶属度函数,保证了其精确度和客观性。在纹理计算模块中,采用信噪比阈值的方法降低了对降水回波边界的误判。同时设置相关系数和反射率因子的阈值对晴空回波进行准确识别并减小对零度层亮带的误判。结果表明,该方法能够从不同类型的降水回波中有效地识别地物回波、晴空回波等非降水回波,同时也能完整地保留零度层亮带等信息。

The effect of method of C-band dual-polarization weather radar to identify non-precipitation echo based on fuzzy logic
Abstract:The echo detected by radar can divide into precipitation echo and non-precipitation echo, in which the non-precipitation echo may have negative influence on the estimation of quantitative precipitation and the application of radar data assimilation. A non-precipitation echo recognition method is proposed using the detection data of the C-band dual polarization radar system (NUIST-CDP) in Nanjing university of information science and technology. The method consists of four parts: data preprocessing, texture calculation, fuzzy logic and threshold method. The accuracy and objectivity of the method are guaranteed by actual data training. In the texture calculation module, the SNR threshold is used to reduce the misjudgment of precipitation echo boundary. At the same time, the threshold value of correlation coefficient and reflectivity factor is set up to accurately identify and reduce the misjudgment of zero-layer bright band. The results show that the method can effectively identify the non-precipitation echo of ground clutter, clear air echo and other non-precipitation echoes from different types of precipitation echo, and also keep the information of zero-layer bright band at the same time.
